Involvements within the CLOUD project:
Andreas Kürten is responsible for the University of Frankfurt’s
instruments operated at the CLOUD chamber: a Chemical Ionization Mass
Spectrometer (CIMS) for the measurement of sulfuric acid, a Differential
Mobility Analyzer (DMA) and a Condensation Particle Counter (CPC) for
the measurement of nanometer-sized aerosol particles, and a trace-level
sulfur dioxide analyzer.
